The Administrative Nursing House Supervisor will report to the Chief Nursing Officer. They will be supported by a team of charge nurses in the Emergency Department, Intensive Care Unit, Surgical Services unit, and Stepdown unit. The Administrative Nursing House Supervisor will work closely with the Chief Nursing Officer and Charge Nurses to ensure patients receive excellent care.


In this fast-paced community hospital, the Administrative Nursing House Supervisor will provide direction, supervision, and coordination of all patient care activities and functions of the hospital. They will participate in staff development and assist nurses in patient care. The Administrative Nursing House Supervisor will serve as a main point of contact for charge nurses, and will empower and mentor them to be their best. You will perform staff evaluations regularly to ensure staff are in compliance with the hospitals policies and procedures.
